About WRINT

WRINT is the Northern Territory’s lead waste and recycling industry association representing commercial operators of the sector.

WRINT members provide an essential community service for all Northern Territorians in the responsible handling, safe removal, treatment and disposal of all wastes (liquid, solid, regulated and hazardous).

WRINT members recover and recycle important secondary resources, and locally manufacture products from these resources. The association promotes thought leadership to all its stakeholders, advocating industry issues with purpose and focus for achieving sound economic outcomes, underpinned by innovative environmental practices

Chief Executive Officer

Adam Gray

Adam brings exceptional stakeholder engagement, lobbying and advocacy experience to the WRINT team and is looking forward to working with the industry in NT to build the association and its profile.

After representing the interests of primary producers in SA with the South Australian Farmers Federation for over 7 years, Adam took on a strategic policy role with the Local Government Association of SA in 2007.

It was during this time that he became responsible for the Associations waste and resource recovery policy portfolio.  Adam led the LGASA Waste & Environment team until early 2016 before taking the leap of faith into his current role in consultancy, supporting clients with kerbside waste, natural resource management, climate change, carbon and energy efficiency initiatives.
